Gil is the co-founder of Finding Human, a leadership coaching company that helps evolving organizations reach their full human potential.

We combine our vast experience in change-management, leadership development, conflict transformation and group facilitation. We weave together practical know-how with the wisdom of the heart. We guide leaders, teams and organizations toward the edge of their own growth and discovery, enhancing connectivity and maximizing efficiency.
